Question
Answer
If there is any content on the page that is not secure, then you'll see the “Not Secure” message.
To quickly determine whether it's something on the page, visit other pages on your site.
If other pages are secure, then it's definitely something that's not secure on your page.
You want to look for any links that begin with http://. Secure links begin with https://.
Right-click on the page where there's no content and choose View Page Source.
Then on your keyboard, press CTRL+F (for PC) or CMD+F (for Mac). Do a search for http://.
The culprit(s) could be a link to an image and/or a PDF and/or a CSS file.
Once you determine where and what the non-secure file(s) is/are, then you'll need to either remove them or make the links secure.
This is just a matter of changing http:// to https://. However, if doing so breaks the link, then it was never a secure item to begin with, and you'll need to seriously consider not using the item or living with that particular page not being secure.
Some items are not actually on the page but on your web server, so you'll need to go through your hosting to your File Manager or (S)FTP into your site using an (S)FTP client, like FileZilla.
